ReST: Docstring attribute parsing (Griffe) #98

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently the Griffe library does not support attribute parsing for ReST (Sphinx).
Desired solution
We either have to create a PR for Griffe and create this feature ourselves or wait until it's supported.
