Looks good to me. Looking forward to this feature too, as it will allow me to more easily use the Core Bluetooth API in Rust.

This pull request adds
as_raw()methods to theQueue,GroupandSemaphorestructures to allow to use the crate in bindings when the raw pointers are needed (e.g. IONotificationPortSetDispatchQueue or some XPC APIs).
