Translations rework

This rework involves the following processes:

• Separated all of the languages into different files.
• Uploaded those files to a separate repo called spcode-translations
• Upon starting, the program checks if that repo was updated (or if it's the first time the user boots the program with this update), in which case it downloads all of those files and stores/replaces them in a translations folder.

This will facilitate the contributions of users that wish to help translate SPCode to as many languages as possible, the best they can, without any other hassle than making a pull request to that repository.
