TEImageRow / TEFileRow dnd to reorder

Sometimes it's important to be able to reorder the images or files in these components. It might be nice to use react-dnd in the component and then provide a `onReorder` prop that emits information about the updated order.

This is a larger update than many of the others so it will likely take a bit to get to.
