  1. 添加腾讯云镜像站
  2. 设置测速连接
  3. 设置maven user_agent 以支持阿里云测速
  4. 添加华为cdn镜像
  5. 加入maven-daemon支持
  6. 更健全的maven_home查找

是的，已经修复。

这个 PR 看起来的确经过了巨大的困难，感谢你的耐心和毅力 👍👍👍

我先合并了，一些问题我先帮你修改了，你可留意我后续关联该 PR 的 commit。

像这种牵涉到多个其他地方的修改，其实完全可以先开几个小的PR，快速合并后，我会做调整，在此基础之后，该问题能得到更快速的推进。🤝

主要还是语言不太熟悉，windows 至今环境仍有问题，所以用了云开发 的linux环境去测试， 后面用一个PR的原因还是 代码发生了大的变动，导致我需要合并 多个分支以及和云开发环境手动合并去管理测试，产生了很多没必要的问题。最终还是合到一起统一处理，避免同一个问题处理多个环境时产生遗漏。
