Organelle description popup is out of bounds

Describe the bug

Playing with a different localization. When hovering the mouse cursor above an organelle, the description text ends up too big for the current resolution, and thus ends beyond the screen bounds.

To Reproduce

1. Choose a localization (this one played with Ukrainian).
2. Start game.
3. Go to the microbe editor.
4. Hover the mouse over an organelle.
5. See the description popup being out of screen bounds.

Expected behaviour

The description popup fitting the screen normally with all the text.

For now the only solution is for translators to take this into account and try to match the length of the English text.

There is a separate issue about the general problem of too tall organelle tooltips: #5900 which if done would help translations as well, but I'll keep this issue open as well to be specifically about someone needing to reword the translation to make it fit for now.
