Add support for respect/stringifier 2.0.0

Hello,

Would it be possible to allow the latest version (2.0.0) of Stringifier to be used with the Validation library instead of version 0.2.0? The latter has not been updated since 2017, whereas version 2.0.0 has been available since 2023.

It has been updated in the main branch (version 3) so I think we have to wait for that.

Validation v3.0 will use Stringifier v2.0! That is definitely going to happen, it's already on the main branch.

However, we need more time for Validation v3.0 in general, mostly to work on the Each validator and making sure we can output usable messages from it.

Realistically, Jan/2026 is probably the earliest we can get there (some installable release candidate or beta).
