Remove --foundry-compile-all

this crytic-compile change should let you use echidna test/fuzzing/Fuzz.sol directly and have the compilation handled by Foundry

@aviggiano @GalloDaSballo seems like the fix to crytic-compile hasn't been released yet.

I tried asking claude to see how I could test it on the dev branch of crytic-compile but it seems pretty involved, should we not just wait until this change is included in the next release to make the change PR'd here because if we make it now afaik it would break the compilation process unless I'm missing something.
