I want to build release_2.0.6.macM1 but getting errors

I am trying to build for mac M1

mvn clean install -P complete-macM1-jar

I am getting this error

I guess com.sikulix:sikulix2opencv:jar package is built from https://github.com/RaiMan/sikulix2opencv and used as a local package.
