Request: Suggest recent videos on start

On the welcome screen, it would be interesting if Clapper could present you with for example the three most recent videos you've played, and how far along each you've watched. Think of how the Recent activity feature in the Firefox new tab page works:

There should ofc also be a setting to turn this off, for privacy reasons.

This is similar to, but not the same as, #309.

While I think that this idea is nice and useful, it does not seem to be something that should belong to the core Clapper app.

It would be better to make some separate app and embed Clapper inside it using libraries it provides. Being more local videos only centric.

One reason is that Clapper does not track nor remembers playback position on it's own. That is entirely handled by one of the plugins for it. Having dependency on this and possibly more plugins (including dependencies of these) is not something core Clapper app should be doing (what's the point of plugins then?).

Maybe someday I will work on such an app after I have implemented everything I wanted in Clapper and reach 1.0 version...
