Enabled reload argument. Reload is supported
on SRIOV systems.

Fixes:
sudo amd-smi reset -g all
AttributeError: 'Namespace' object has no attribute 'reload_driver'

Driver reload was meant to be supported for SRIOV too.

Can you sync with Donald on this, he told me that we didn't want the reload option in the CLI anymore. He may have some reservations on enabling it in guest systems. Also why do we need to enable it in guest systems? Are you preparing for partitioning inside VMs?
