@wenchenvincent added a mechanism to automatically get the next tag. The action creates an ifu-state.json file that allows us to automatically try the next tag. I also have the cron job for every 3 months, more or less NVIDIA's schedule. |

unfortunately I cannot test this workflow until it's merged into our default branch so please merge so I can further test the automation. If this isn't desired after I test it, I can always issue another PR to delete it.
