Add questionnaire icon

Add the possibility for displaying the questionnaires as icons. A good start would be to just support font-awesome in the app. The questionnaire protocol definition could then have a questionnaireIconClass property.

Interesting idea, is this a requirement on another project?

Would also be useful for language independent implementation (provided it is expressive enough)

I'm not sure if it is a full-on requirement, but it is definitely a requested feature. Instead of having a list, you could have a series of blocks, each with the icon and the required time.

In angular, you'd still have a similar for loop as in the task calendar, but just with a different implementation/layout.

We considered using images as well, but that would add an additional step of either packaging the images with the app or downloading the images from somewhere, with possibly missing images if a download fails.
