Add Lenses.io for monitoring Kakfa cluster

It is hard to see the health of the Kafka cluster and the partition assignments across brokers.

Lenses.io Tool might be good to integrate to monitor kafka clusters - https://lenses.io/community-edition/

Describe alternatives you've considered
We previously used kafka-manager, but that has been deprecated a while ago.

Additional context
Lenses.io. also allows exploring kafka topics using a web-based sql query console and supports alerting rules.
