Preloaded disposable doesn't handle operations with NetVM because it is paused

Brief summary

Preloaded disposables are paused when not requested. If some operation on the netvm that requires collaboration on the client tries to execute, it won't be applied as the qube is paused.

Steps to reproduce

1. Preload a disposable with a netvm
2. Restart netvm
3. Use the preloaded disposable and try to reach the internet

Expected behavior

After the preload unpaused, get deferred changes necessary to have connection to the external network.

Actual behavior

Can't establish connections to the external network.
