[Bug] Chat template for Llama is incorrect #620
Description
What Happened?
Llama chat requires the prompt string to be formatted in the following format specified by Meta during training https://www.llama.com/docs/model-cards-and-prompt-formats/llama3_1
It's different for different llama models and also special characters have to be considered for legacy models
