Hi maintainers — we're the CometAPI team. CometAPI is an OpenAI‑compatible API (base URL https://api.cometapi.com/v1/) that works with existing OpenAI SDKs. We also provide non‑OpenAI endpoints for multimodal generation (images, video, audio, etc.).
What Would You Like to See with the Gateway?
We would like to see CometAPI integrated as a supported provider in Portkey AI Gateway. This would allow users to:
- Route requests to CometAPI endpoints through the gateway
- Use CometAPI's OpenAI-compatible models alongside other providers
- Access CometAPI's multimodal capabilities (image, video, audio generation)
- Benefit from Portkey's load balancing, failover, and monitoring features with CometAPI
