💻 Adiciona testes iniciais
Adiciona infraestrutura necessária para escrever alguns testes usando um servidor REST local. Dessa forma, será mais fácil mockar requests, tornar os testes confiáveis e assim incentivar a escrita de ainda mais testes no futuro.
Este PR inclui apenas alguns testes mais básicos para validar o conceito e opinião dos mantenedores.
