Context: We would like to be able to declare outputs in QASM 3.0 and return values for these inputs from
interpret()Description of the Change: We allow a "return" dict to be returned on the final context, populated with the final values of the output variables in the program.
Benefits: We now support full IO to and from QASM 3.0 programs.
