Description

修复开启chat template时候重复拼接query 和 history的问题。


第一次对话的时候：
query： "你好"
（这里的history不需要作为请求参数）history：[{"role": "user", "utterance": "你好" }, {"role": "bot", "utterance": "" }]
第二次对话的时候：
query： "今天天气怎么样？"
（这里的history需要[:-2]后作为请求参数）history：[{"role": "user", "utterance": "你好" }, {"role": "bot", "utterance": "很高兴为您服务" }, {"role": "user", "utterance": "今天天气怎么样？" }, {"role": "bot", "utterance": "" }]
