Project - Generate THIRD-PARTY.md based on user inputs

Story

As an oopen source referent (and a developer also using FLOSS components)
I want to have something building the THIRD-PARTY.md to copy in my project with all components
So that I won't waste time to write each time the same file with the components

Using a CSV which can be sent by PO / project managers can be useful too.

Details

• Should be splitted in two parts: promptsand generation
• Use CSV to store the prompt inputs
• Use this CSV to build THIRD-PARTY.md
• Must ask for component name, license, copyright, version and URL to get sources
• Can allow user to make this work in several times, i.e. kind of baclup between runs
