Resolves #

Problem

The kubectl-sync tool has been deprecated

Solution

Remove the helm chart for it because the opslevel-agent chart works as its replacement

Checklist

Searching for other references I noticed a couple in the README:

  1. The OpsLevel link is incorrectly pointing to the kubernetes-sync chart
  2. Should we remove the "End of Life" section and consider it truly dead?
