SAML update the definition of trustedIssuers #32898
Description
On https://openliberty.io/docs/latest/reference/config/samlWebSso20.html , the definition for trustedIssuers needs to be changed to:
A list of comma separated strings that specify the identities of trusted IdP issuers. If the value is "ALL_ISSUERS", then all IdP identities are trusted.
