Netty: Ensure sub of httpOpions such as `compression`, `remoteip` etc work  the same as with channel framework

In channel framework you can not reference the defaulted for these sub attributes but you can for config like httpOptions.

Netty currently works as you would expect, we need to get POC approval and if that is granted go ahead and update channel framework to match the netty behavior.

Use this issue to add any tests that are necessary to ensure correct Netty behavior.
