Netty: Performance improvements and investigation

Continue working to improve Netty performance in Open Liberty

• Look into Implementing EpollEventLoopGroup (Linux) and KQueueEventLoopGroup (MacOS) over NioEventLoopGroup. (slack)

• Websocket performance testing shows some sessions still remaining open and not properly closing up.
