[Documentation] - Update missing links in Configuration/Accessors.md

• Moved the accessor-test and erb-test to the examples dir
• Updated references to http-get -> http-example
• Deleted openc3-cosmos-init/plugins/packages/openc3-cosmos-http-example/README.md (moved to examples, I think the README.md just didn't get moved)
