This commit adds a package.json file so that this repo is managed by node. The Mocha and Chai packages are added for unit testing. "node_modules" is added to .gitignore.
Error message: `use of const in strict mode`
Will this fix the tests?
I think the wait flag is causing the build to sit waiting on Travis?
