DK "not enough runes" bug

Description:When you have Blood runes converted into Death runes as fdk, (after using Bloodstrike or Pesti), the newly converted Death runes sometimes bug out and cannot be used in conjuction with a normal frost or unholy rune (Death rune+Frost rune=Obliterate or Death rune+UH rune=Obliterate). When you have this type of rune pairing to complete an Obliterate, you get an error msg "Not enough runes" when you clearly have the Death runes available to subtitute for an Unholy or Frost rune needed to complete an Obliterate. When you get this, you need to spend Runic Power or use any other ability after which you can use the Death rune+normal rune pairing without a problem.

How to reproduce bug: do a normal fdk rotation and you will encounter it eventually.
