Update ASVS Index to 5.0 with relevant cheat sheet links

This PR updates the ASVS Index to version 5.0 and links all relevant OWASP Cheat Sheets for each verification requirement. Outdated or redundant entries from ASVS 4.0 have been removed.

This PR only contains the ASVS Index updates, separated from changes to the Secure Product Design Cheat Sheet, as requested.

The PR description here and the actual change are not in sync and I'm confused. The work here is good, but it does not fully look like an ASVS centric update...

Thanks for reviewing, @jmanico To clarify. this PR is strictly focused on updating the ASVS Index to 5.0. The changes include:

Replacing ASVS 4.0 references with ASVS 5.0.

Linking each verification requirement to its relevant OWASP Cheat Sheet.

Removing outdated/redundant entries.

The Secure Product Design Cheat Sheet changes were split into a separate PR (per earlier request), so this one is only ASVS Index–centric.

Happy to adjust wording in the PR description if that caused confusion.

I'm confused, the only changes I see here are for the cheatsheets/Secure_Product_Design_Cheat_Sheet.md and they do not seem ASVS related. What am I missing?

I understand the confusion regarding the PR title vs. the changes. To clarify: this branch was intended to update the ASVS Index to 5.0 and link relevant OWASP Cheat Sheets. All Secure Product Design Cheat Sheet changes were supposed to be in a separate PR.

I see now that some of the changes in this branch may have accidentally touched the Secure Product Design Cheat Sheet, which caused the mismatch with the PR title. I’ll clean up the branch so it strictly contains only ASVS Index updates, in line with the contributing guidelines, and resubmit if needed.
