Description
We have decided not to continue with the current home page and build a completely new one. This will open new sections to the website and give it a better look overall.

- Change File Structure for accommodating the new home page at www.bugheist.com/newhome/ until complete production is completed.
- Build the header.
- Build the sidebar.
- Build the layout of bugs container (with dummy data).
- Show fetched data from database in the layout.
- Make the bugs completely functional.
- "Report an issue" box layout.
- "Report an issue" box functionality.
