Allow #nonBodyParameter to be referenced like jsonReference

I would like to make a proposal for the next version of swagger to allow nonBodyParameter to be referenced with the $ref keyword like jsonReference.
This would allow us to better understand the API documentation because the $ref could also be used as a kind annotation.
