using conditions in a template

Hello! There are very few conditions for applying one or another template. For example, if the function name contains a test word, then we apply a template for the test. 
Also, it was not possible to use different templates for different subdirectories. Using nested .vscode directories did not give the desired result.
I think support for applying conditions in templates would be a huge innovation.
