What changes would that need? You can already put free form text into the media input field?

It would need changes to render the body in the timeline as well as sending the text inputted at the same time as uploading media as the body of the media message?

As more things are sending these it's becoming harder to read the messages associated with the images. Rendering (if not sending) this content properly would be really nice to have.

I've noticed today that while the image captions are at least partially displayed, captions for file attachments aren't displayed at all.
