fix docker build dir conflict when u build more than twice

because I made docker binds the root directory, build dir get reflected to host's dir.
docker build command hangs because of build dir already exist.

Also output.ll and output_finalnoopt.ll files are recognized as git diff, so i'll add them to .gitignore.

I'll fix it.
