Ensure compatibility with OpenShift Kubernetes Engine

We want to ensure compat with OpenShift. The first action item here is obviously a one-off test (plus reporting and fixing any problems detected).

In the longer run, can we integrate this with CI?

We need a server where we can setup OS cluster. I was trying it earlier but at that time RH OS cluster was using older API. See this #82 (comment)
