Description
Quick fix for the trtllm-bench issue. The logic added in #3383 does not look right - why do we need to decode and then re-tokenize pure text inputs? The benchmark suite fails because the tokenizer can be

More llama 4 tests are being added in parallel right now - leaving for that MR.
