This directory contains the ontology used in the FDRI project, its documentation and some sample data.

This ontology is still work in progress and will be periodically updated. The most recent release can always be found at https://github.com/NERC-CEH/fdri-ontology/releases/. Each release package includes the ontology in OWL format and the documentation in HTML. The full documentation of the most current release can also be read online at http://NERC-CEH.github.io/fdri-ontology/

A Python script is provided to generate HTML documentation for the GitHub pages website. The script requires Python 3.13+ with the modules listed in requirements.txt installed.
