Add core FDRI asset information

Source is the AMS site inventory access database.

Core fields to add:

• Site
• Instrument type
• From measurement spec
  • Variable
  • Unit
  • Description

@holcoo - I hope you can help me with this!
In the Access database I can't see a table for Site with the tool that I'm using. I can see tbl_Site_Instrumentation but no table for Sites, and in the tbl_Site_Instrumentation I don't see SE-CARWE-01-WS. Am I just looking in the wrong place for the source data?

Good point, I'm not sure why we can't see a separate site table, I'll follow this up.
SE-CARWE-01-WS can be seen in the Assets_Location_History, but there needs to be more.
