Don't save windows or tabs when exiting Private Browsing mode #1899

we currently save the number of open windows between private browsing sessions.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should not save the number of windows (or tabs) when you quit. Whenever you start a new private browsing session you should see a single window with no additional tabs.
