My testing works as well, so going to move ahead with it for now, and address any issues that pop up. |

Search paths (for Indexing) and linker flags (for Debugging) now point into `$BAZEL_OUT`. The `Copy Bazel Outputs` script hasn't been removed, as it will be used later for diagnostics replay.
