With this change, if we have more generated files in the generated input output group, we will now copy those files over, even if the Xcode project isn't tracking them. This is useful for Focused Projects.

With this change, if we have more generated files in the generated input output group, we will now copy those files over, even if the Xcode project isn't tracking them. This is useful for Focused Projects.
