To build the library:

download MXMACA stack
extract or install MXMACA stack with mxmaca-sdk-install.sh in sdk package
export MACA_PATH=/path to MXACA, default path is /opt/maca if not set
bash build.sh
copy build/libmccl.so to $MACA_PATH/lib/
