Highlight settings in vscode's settings.json file are ignored #150
Description
When trying to set highlighting settings such as "ccls.highlight.rainbow": 1 in the settings.json the ccls extension does not apply the settings and I still see multiple colors for different symbols of the same kind.
In fact, VSCode does not even tell me that the ccls server needs to be restarted due to settings change. However, changing ccls.misc.compilationDatabaseDirectory works as expected.
I am forced to set all the highlight settings using the ccls.launch.args setting, and specify them via --init which is quite cubersome, becase I need to specify this data all in one line.
