Add elapsed time on current entries to weekly progress #42

The weekly summary and progress only represents finished time entries (with an end date/time).
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to see the totals and progress as of now (on page load/refresh), including the current duration of in-progress time entries. This should be included in the totals and represented in the progress bar in a different colour (stacked bar).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just add current duration to the weekly total progress.
