MarkBind website does not generate all PlantUML diagrams

What did you do?

1. Go to https://markbind.org/userGuide/puml.html
2. Expand the More examples panel
3. Some diagrams are not generated due to Travis deployment server not having Graphviz installed.

Quick patch suggestion

1. Generate the diagram images locally and use the images for the documentation, instead of using <puml> generation.
