…estinationValue and UseDestinationValue are used Originally the destination transform was applied also when destination value was used creating not-compilable code. Also when `UseDestinationValue` and `ShallowCopyForSameType` were set, then were not called and mapping was not generated

This PR Resolves #599 and resolves #600.
