Cant set tooltip on WindowButtonCommands in Windows 11

I cant change the appearance of the min, max & close window button tooltips

This worked in release version of MahApps.Metro 2.4.10 on windows 10.
I tried the suggestion here #2613 but the tooltip still displays the original values.
