Color Canvas Background Color is not updated

Describe the bug

Color Canvas Background Color is not updated when Saturation or Value or Both are 0.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Mah.Apps Demo Application
2. Click on ColorPicker Tab
3. Set Saturation or Value or Both to 0.
4. Change Hue
5. Observe Color Canvas Background Color - it is not changed when Hue value is changed.

Expected behavior

Color Canvas Background Color should change when Saturation and/or Value are set to 0 and Hue value is changed.

Actual behavior

Color Canvas Background Color is Not changed when Saturation and/or Value are set to 0 and Hue value is changed.

Environment
