Gap between menu items and hamburger icon

Is there any ways to remove this gap?

Im using:

• MahApps.Metro version v1.6.5
• OS: Win10 1803
• .NET Framework 4.5

Hi! @ivanjx Did you ever get an answer to this problem or a fix? I still see this in a project im working on but I am having a hard time understanding the origin of the gap..

or @punker76 might have a fix for me? This is how it looks

The code for the HamburgerMenu looks something like this:
