Create a custom Thumb for the title DragMove #2477

What steps will reproduce this issue?
Some users have some problems with the current drag move solution of MahApps which uses a normal Thumb. The problem is that the Thumb is consuming the mouse down events and don't allow other mouse actions like custom title bars with buttons...
Expected outcome
This should be allowed! :-D So try create a custom Thumb that handles user mouse actions.
